例年になく寒いですが、いまひとつ年の瀬と言う感じではありません。
しかし、スーパーへ行けばお正月商品がいぱ～い＼(^o^)／。
かまぼこ売り場でご年配の男性が、
「ワ～オ高いなあ～」とおっしゃっていて、その言い方が何ともチャメッけがあって思わず笑ってしまいました。
本当に、毎年のことながらお正月かまぼこの値段には驚いてしまいます。
さて、Ｈｉｒｏの冬休みの宿題にお節を2品作る
と、言うなんとも有難い
(笑)
まずは栗きんとん
私もだ～い好きな栗きんとんでありますが
サツマイモを裏ごしするのが大変です
。
Ｈｉｒｏが1時間以上かけて裏ごししました
。

食べるのはあっという間ですけどね。苦労がわかったかな？

続いて伊達巻に挑戦（これも写真写すのをすっかり忘れてました）
卵とはんぺんで作りました。
調味料は白だし・みりん・塩・砂糖・隠し味にハチミツを
全部ミキサーにかけなめらかな卵液を作ります。
フライパンで作る方も多いと思いますが、四角い型に流して、オーブンで焼きました。
焼きあがったら巻きすで巻ます。
かまぼこの飾りきりにも挑戦し（難し～い）

伊達巻はもう少し焦げ目があっても良かったかな
切れ端を味見しました。
うんめ～～～～～い、とＨｉｒｏ
初めてにしては良く出来ました。
甘さ加減がちょうどよくて美味い。

おせち、親子ともどもがんばりましたね
裏ごしまでしたなんてすごいっ。
うちはひたすら
かまぼこの端っこ狙いにくる息子らと格闘してました（笑）
宿題にこんな課題を出すなんて、いい学校ですね。
うちも栗きんとんと伊達巻作りましたが、

でも小さいので、何回にも分けて。

おせちが終わると少し気が楽になりますね。
